This will be a Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow class at its foundation. Expect to to be challenged to leave behind any and all limiting beliefs as the mind quiets and focus withdraws into the heart so that we may listen. Audrey will offer tools from yoga, reiki, and meditation to inspire the body, mind and spirit. All are welcome.
