2018 Inner Guide Apprenticeship Program: Reiki, Yoga and Nature

I am  so excited to be offering the second year of The Inner Guide Apprenticeship Program. This is a program designed to inspire, challenge, transform and lead the participant to tools and experiences that initiate the intentional journey to the Inner Guide. What that means is for each participant to discover for themselves.  An experience of direct revelation. Indisputable.  This is a process to discover the inner mystic that has been there all along waiting patiently to listen. Those interested in developing themselves for the purpose of serving their family, community and the world will be offered the opportunity to explore and develop the necessary tools to begin this journey from a safe and informed place based on personal knowing. ~Audey

Reiki I, II, Master & Master Teacher Certifications

If you have been interested and drawn to learning energy work, this is a perfect workshop for you. We will cover all the fundamentals to begin an intentional, ethically conscious and intuitively guided Reiki practice. This certification is designed to be implemented in your life as an opportunity to learn, discover and explore the practices and principles of Reiki. The class will be taught in a fun, relaxed open format that is accessible to all who feel its call. This is also a wonderful workshop for those that wish to revisit their Reiki training as a review. Students will leave with a Reiki I Certificate.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom" or "the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.  It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

February 11th  12pm -7pm  Reiki I Certification - $125

We will cover :
History
Reiki Ideals
Meditation
Basic Chakras
Technique ~ including Hand Placements
and receive your Reiki One Attunement.

February 25th Reiki II Certification 12-8pm - $150

We will cover:
Reiki Symbols
In Depth Chakras and stone use
Chakra Meditations
Reiki Healing Technique ~ Including Distance Reiki
Pointers, practice, and practical use
and receive your second Attunement.

June 31st & July 1st Master Teacher Certification - $250                                                     

We will cover:                                                                                                               Deepen Use of Usui Reiki II Symbols
Master Symbol and attunement
Crystals and Reiki - Discover Ways Usui used Crystals with Reiki, and how they can enhance in person and distant treatments
Learn how to send Reiki to multiple people and events
Advanced Reiki Techniques - incorporating acupressure, tapping, palpation
Daily Reiki and Yoga Meditation/Manifestaion tool to ground your practice

Drum Making Workshop with Audrey

Sunday April 1st , 12-5pm @ Free Spirits Yoga

There have been many requests made to do this traditional frame drum making workshop. Audrey will guide you through the process of making this beautiful and powerful sacred object. In this workshop you will create the drum of your choice. Audrey will send you a link to where you can purchase the materials from a sustainable source so that you may choose exactly the size, hide and type of drum you would like to create. The day of the workshop Audrey will guide you in the process of its creation. She will cover what drums are used for, how to care for them, making the drum and other important information.

Drumming connects us to the Spirit World and to our ancestors in ways that only the drum can reveal to us. Once made you will develop a personal relationship with your drum.

Registration for workshop is non-refundable $50 due by March 20th plus materials cost explained below. Once you have registered you will be sent a link so that you may purchase your drum making materials.

Drum making materials can range from $50ish for a 12" cow or deer hide drum up to $200 for much larger drums with more rare hides. You will also need a few inexpensive tools to craft the drum that will be included in the materials list.

***There will be apprentices assisting Audrey based on the # of participants in the class. These apprentices are students that have already created drums and worked with them at length and have much wisdom to share as well as helping hands. These students are interested in learning to facilitate this beautiful process for others in the future.
